I went to Mark & Spencer’s to buy my lunch. In the supermarket I was thinking of buying some more stuff for the evening so I keept my eyes open. Suddenly an old lady stopped me and asked for help. She told me that she got a message on her mobile phone from someone and don’t know how to open it. She was kind of excited because she thought that someone from her family wrote her. When I opened the message I noticed that it is just junkmail from O2 so I told her to delete them. When she saw that there were more messages she asked me if these aren’t from her family. I opened the next one and again junkmail. So I asked her if it’s a new mobile phone and she told me that she just bought it. Afterwards I explained her that it is normal for new phones.
