Today we wanted to check out the Crumlin Road Gaol at 2:00 pm, so I was able to sleep longer today. I slept until 12:30pm and at 1pm Giang, Son, Jenny, Dominik and I started our way to the Crumlin Road Gaol. Our first stop was the Belfast City Hall because we wanted to pick up Tim there. On the way to the Belfast City Hall, we also picked Leon and Jakob up. From the Belfast City Hall we then walked to the Crumlin Road Gaol. The walk to the jail took about 1 hour and luckily there was nice weather today too. After we arrived at the jail we got orange ribbons as we participated on a tour through the jail. The always super organized and reliable Giang already booked the tickets for us online. Before we went to the starting point of the tour, most of us took some photos. The first thing on our tour were the dressing rooms and next we had a look at the prison entrance and the governor office. Our tour guide could tell us a lot about the prison.
At the end of the tour we could walk through the tunnel between the prison and the courthouse. The tour took about 1 hour. After that we were at a subway. There, most of us got something to eat and then we all went home again.
