„Every new beginning comes from some other beginning’s end.“

31st of May in 2018:

All of us stayed in the living room because the rooms were muggy of the heat and no wind can’t cross. I slept only 2 hours and 45 minutes on the ground, which was comfortable. I used to sleep on the mattress consists of bamboo in Vietnam. What a great start to the last day of our work experience. Yes, this is the last day and also our departure from Belfast/Northern Ireland. I can’t believe how fast those eight weeks passed. I am a little bit sad but also kind of happy to go home again. We took our things together, closed the house and get ready for leaving. At 3:45 the taxis arrived, and we said goodbye to our accommodation. The cars drove us to the Europa Bus Station, where we met the other seven classmates. Everyone seems tired but also happy to get home soon. At 4:20 a.m. the airport express bus came, and we get in. Unfortunately, some of us didn’t have the cash to buy the tickets. But the bus driver was friendly enough to wait for those to get some money from the ATMs. 15 minutes later, we arrived at the Belfast International Airport. Sadly more problems were coming. At relinquishing our luggage, Tim had to repack his suitcase and I as well or else we had to pay £11 per kilogram. I had 1,5 kg too much and Tim a little bit more. But we could fulfil this task thanks to Dome’s extra bag. In the end, Tim had 19,9 kg, and I had 20,4 kg.
After that, the safety check was left. I think because of my glasses, I had to pass the full-body scanner. But I was clean :D. Robert, Jakob and some other classmates had some problems at the boarding. Ryanair didn’t accept the booking, so in the end, we were separated in the plane. At 6:55 the aircraft departed punctually from the airport. During the flight, we slept or just took a nap. At Schönefeld airport, our family and friends awaited us and picked us up to went home. I was exhausted when I came home with my mother.
So the journey ends here. But I will write another entry as a conclusion and finish my work experience.
