Auf der Gr\u00fcnen Woche stellen jedes Jahr Lebensmittelunternehmen aus aller Welt ihre Produkte vor. Am Japanstand pr\u00e4sentierten zehn von JETRO ausgew\u00e4hlte Anbieter von Bio-Produkten aus Japan Gr\u00fcnteepulver (Matcha), lebensverl\u00e4ngernden Tee (Chomeis\u014dcha), Dressings und Pasten aus schwarzem Knoblauch sowie Sesam, S\u00fc\u00dfigkeiten, Sake und Gew\u00fcrzmischungen. Der diesj\u00e4hrige Fokus auf Bio-Produkte verwundert etwas, da der Anteil des zertifizierten Biolandbaus in Japan verschwindend gering ist. Es wird interessant sein zu beobachten, ob sich Bioprodukte aus Japan in den n\u00e4chsten Jahren in Deutschland etablieren k\u00f6nnen und wie sich das auf die Entwicklung des Biolandbaus in Japan auswirkt. W\u00e4hrend des Kochprozesses erkl\u00e4rte eine Dolmetscherin Zutaten und Zubereitung und vermittelte japanische Begriffe wie \u201eoishii\u201c. Das Publikum dr\u00e4ngte sich dicht um den Kochstand, um Kostproben von frittiertem Lachs und Tempura zu ergattern. Einige Zuschauer stellten interessiert Fragen \u00fcber einzelne Zutaten und deren Zubereitungsweise. Insgesamt stie\u00dfen japanische Gerichte und Produkte auf ein reges Interesse der Besucher.
