The international conference \u201eChina in Latin America \u2013 Who are the actors ?\u201c<\/b> took place on 24th<\/sup> and 25th<\/sup> October 2014<\/b> at Free University, Berlin.<\/b><\/p>\n

Organizers and panelists sought to investigate current developments in China-Latin America relations against the backdrop of international power shifts from an actor-centered perspective. We focused on actors in general and actors in the areas environment, social issues and international relations.<\/p>\n
