1. At which point is an MS Word or PDF submission converted to Latex and who is responsible for performing the conversion? Is it the typesetter or the author? Thank you.

   • Latex is only required once the submission is accepted. It is the task of the author to provide LaTeX, but we provide assistance. There is an online converter available at http://glottotopia.org/doc2tex/doc2tex . Sorry for the delay in answering, this comment was eaten by the spam filter.
