Participants

Organized to support the research and knowledge exchange cooperation of an international group of scholars, community organizers, graduate-level students and other participants in the Nordics and internationally, the study circle is particularly well-suited to research that connects circumpolar studies to the histories and lived conditions of exile, migration, and indigeneity. Twice-annual project meetings will bring participants together for consistent research exchange within remote contexts of the Nordic and Baltic regions, where they will further engage with local community organizers to discuss regional cultural and political histories, memories, and practices of community and local institution building.
