no mountain too high…

While being separated from family and friends there is a lot of time to spend during our time off. Luckily Belfast has a lot to offer so you just can go and explore the city.

You will be rewarded with beautiful views and motifs that simply HAVE TO be photographed. Yepp, it’s time for another photo blog… „no mountain too high…“ weiterlesen

Jonas Ehrhardt – many little tasks

Hi there,

while working in my company I got a few tasks to do. Besides maintaining the website I shall costumise flyers, design a rollup for a new line of products and now create two leaflets – one with a registration form for a competition and one with the competition rules. I shall print about 250 leaflets, but the printer makes problems every time I print more than tenat once. However printing ten every ten minutes is no problem due to it is not too urgent.

That is it for now – I still have a fight with the local printer >:D

Cheers Jonas

first week

My first week in Dublin is over. And Yeah – I’m still alive.
All in all the first week was great. The second weekend in Dublin was actually the same like the first. We slept long. Took the breakfast in the afternoon and we also bought new food.
Of course that was not the only thing we have done. On Sunday evenings, we went through the temple-bar.

That’s a street full of pubs and restaurants. We wanted to drink a beer, but all pubs were absolutely full. Because of that, we went back home and watched the movie “Die Rotkäppchen-Verschwörung”. Honestly, I fell asleep. It was not that the movie was boring but I was so tired.

Flo, Kristan, Jonas, Pascal and Me played Dart with our new Dartboard on Saturday. That was very funny, because some of the darts were kind of stubborn. I think, we will have a lot of these “Dart-Evenings” in our apartment.

In the End, we had a lot of fun and the week was extraordinary.

First Week done

Hey there, long time no see.
Yeah, the first week is over and what shall I say. Nothing has changed. Besides working. I work in a little company called ebamma which is going to be an online elearning platform for spanish and chinese people. Our task at the moment are to do statistcs of the social network profiles of ebamma and put them in a daily report. Next month we are going to launch a campaign. I didn’t take pictures because we work at the house of our boss. The house is in a little residential area so nowhere to go get warm food for lunch. The apartment is still empty. The janitor didnt show up to get the freezer or tv fixed either. I dont know what to tell you more. Not that many exciting things happened to me. So i’ll just call it a day. Enjoy your sunday

Weekend

hi,

Friday was a very busy work day. First I had to present my ideas for the website and after the presentation I spent more time for seo. After the lunch every colleague had to help to prepare the rooms for the big sell on saturday.

After the work our flat mate showed us the night life of Dublin.

Yesterday I was shopping at the dundrum town center (https://www.dundrum.ie/). This is a realy large shopping center with many shops.

Jonas Ehrhardt – first week survived

Hi there Germans,

how are things in Germany? On friday I went to work. It was the first day with my boss at the office(he had an important meeting in the UK). I got my keycard and some further instructions. Then I visited every subsite of hager.ie searching for mistakes – and I found many about 3 pages on MSWord and I am still not finished. Furthermore I got the task to design some customised flyers(most work is already done). But I delayed this task to next week cause an important collegue was not here today. After work i waited about one whole hour for the bus so when I came work I was in a really bad mood(sorry everyone who had to suffer).

JJ

On Thursday I was in a recycling company. This company buys old computers and rebuilds them. Our task was to check a fully stacked pallet of “Dell” computers on hardware and function.

So we opened the computers and looked for CPU, RAM, Hard Drive and other cards.

Finally, we booted the PC. The whole day we did this with the help of “JJ”. JJ is a Spanish student and he also makes an internship at this company. Everybody called him JJ, because nobody could pronounce his name correctly. Furthermore they told us again that the sun shines very rarely in Ireland. Because it was a sunny day we were allowed to leave at 4 pm. WOW fantastic.

Actually I wanted to talk about the traffic lights, because they confuse me. But I won‘t do it now.

See you.
