After i finished my task about the keywords of the webside and google crawled our side with the changed sourcecode we got the task to take a deeper look into the CRM-program vtiger. Neither of us (Virginia and me) have work with an CRM until now. So we needed to understand, what Fiona wanted to accomplish with that system. After a few minutes talking it through with her, we were as knowledgable as before. She couldnt say cleary but one word always stuck out. „reports“. So we had to figure something out. but that lasted until wednesday.
