Hi folks,
it was mentioned a few times already but I will say it again: our supervisors from Germany visited us last week. They came to check our apartments and our companies – however I got no visitor – neither at work nor at home. I expected that because my company is somewhere in the middle of nowhere and I was really late at home on the day they checked our apartments.
However we went to some pubs together and Mr. Bavar payed for a round. On our way back my roommate Florian had a little accident when he fell of a 3m tall wall^^. Because he hurt his foot and the weather was not the best – we decided to stay at home.
On saturday we cleaned our room and in the evening we watched the Eurovision Songcontest. We talked with our friends in Germany the whole time but unfortunately the connection was really bad. After the contest we played a round of Poker and I could keep my title as the unbeaten Pokerchamp of Dublin.
On sunday we wrote some postcards and Florian tried to call someone from Swan because he did not know how to deal with his injury. Luckily he reached Joe and he was really helpful.
Today I went to work and noticed that there were made some preparations in the city center because there will be some state visits this week (some old rich lady and some dude of Edinburgh) and next week (some famous president of some large country oversea). I couldn’t care less but due to this events there will be some changes in the already bad planned bussystem (Have a quick look here). The only thing I can extract of this stuff is that I don’t know how to get to work tomorrow(maybe I should accidentially fall off a 3m tall wall^^).
Florian did not go to work today but instead he went to a doctor. I hope he will get better soon because there are still places left I want to visit WITH HIM.
I will write a second article today about the third day of our travels two weeks ago(if anyone remembers).
Regards
Jonas
If u accidentially fall off a 3m wall, please, I’m begging u, please take a video of it ^^ 😀
