Meeting of Adele Goldberg, Thomas Herbst, Stefan Müller, and Anatol Stefanowitsch, where Anatol pointed out the existence of Amazon’s CreateSpace. And although Amazon was dropped later for several reasons, the existence of such an opportunity and the possibility to compare prices got the ball rolling.
