Today my third weed ends. There were five days a lot of things to do at work. That’s fine…. I hate boredum.
I get my CSM account. That’s like a support system where custumers can open cases if there are some problems at the schools. We try to solve the most problems remotely in our 3rd Line deparment if the 1st or 2nd line department can’t solve it. If we can’t solve it remotely we send out some technicians to the school.
All the things are very structured so you have spree to work. If the 1st line get in the calls they use templates for the different problems the next level can work with them more effective. So if you get the information it’s often easy to find where the problem is and how to solve it.
Most of our problems are in the wireless section with the MeRU AccessPoints and Apple… but it will be better I think.
My colleagues are very nice. We make jokes and the atmosphere is quite good. Every day we go 3 times to get a cup of tea together in the canteen
