My time in Belfast is over. I had mixed feelings about the ending.
Back in Germany, I enjoy being here again We’re having great weather, even a bit too hot.

Enjoying Our Last Days
There are only a few days left in Belfast.
Fortunately we’re having the best weather – you eben can call it summer.
Spring In Belfast?!
Yes, it’s true and I’m not sure how to deal with it.
Since Wednesday we’re having great weather here in Belfast. It is about 20(!!) degrees with a lot of sun.
I Missed The Rain….
The weather was perfect for a relaxed Sunday.
It was raining with a maximum of 15 °C and it was so cloudy that we needed to turn on the lights during the day. I really don’t like this kind of weather and especially the less daylight because it feels like that the day doesn’t even starts.
Party All Night And A Sunny Saturday
As I mentioned the post before, at Friday we went to the nightclub „limenight“.
Because of the early closure time we arrived at the club quite early.
FTP Server & Friday!
It was kind of a stressless week.
At work Robert and I had no real task since Thursday when Colm came up with a new stint.
It is about installing a FTP Server with a WebUI and some other requirements like scheduled jobs, alarms and backups.
Locked Up
My Sunday started with a healthy and tasty breakfast (especially compared to my English Breakfast) and a good coffee. I have to admit I like the instant coffee from tesco and I think I am going to miss it back in Germany.
And I Would Walk 500 Miles
On Saturday we started with a very English breakfast at St. Georg’s Market.
We ate bacon, sausages and more so it was a very heavy breakfast which filled me up.
Offline…
„Did you make a copy of the config?“ – „Well, of course … not!“
That’s how it all started.
St. George’s Market and Barbecue Party
At round 3am my Sunday started as I took my girlfriend to the airport.
After a very hard goodbye, I wanted to take the bus home. Unfortunately, the first bus drove not before 6.15am. Due to that, I had to take a taxi for 32£. After being back at my place, I was finally able to sleep for a few more hours.
