All and all I was satisfied with some aspects of my internship in London, others not that much. On the one hand London was quite expensive, gladly I had saved up enough money to last me the two months. To add to that, my work placement wasn’t the best, considering it didn’t have much to do with IT related work.
Also the organizational part of our agency wasn’t the best. I am very happy with my host family and the way I was treated the there, food and accommodation. I am also glad that I could experience a new country with all its assets, things like site-seeing.
Being a native English speaker, and it being my language of choice, I was happy to get to use a bit more then hear in Germany. All things considered I am happy to back in my home town of Berlin.
