Even before the day really started, I was pretty excited about what will happen to me today. I got up shortly before 8:00 am. I took a shower and ate a snack for breakfast. Meeting with Interneurope
Today we met at 10 a.m. at the Interneurope office to get some information about our stay. First, we were introduced to the city of Belfast with a small video. Furthermore, we got a lot of information what we have to pay attention to, what rules we should follow and what we can do in our spare time. After we clarified a few more formalities, we were led around in the city. On the tour we got some more tips on how we can spend our free time, in an inexpensive way. Intern Europe meeting, it’s getting serious and fitness

Today we met at 10:00 a.m. in the intern europe office to get important information concerning our stay here.
First we watched a video about Belfast with a few impressions about activities we can do here and basic informations about belfast like the 4 districts. After that we got some information about our stay at belfast. Exploration tour
On Monday, 02.04.2018, we had free and this meant for me to sleep long. For breakfast there was cereal and the leftovers of our spaghetti from the day before. My first rainy days in Belfast
It’s my third day here in Belfast and I can say that Belfast is completely different than Berlin.

Belfast looks great
On Sunday the 1st of April 2018 I arrived in Belfast, from this day on I will call Belfast my new home for two months.
After the landing we drove together to the Europe Centre bus station. From the Europe Centre we drove to our accommodation. Our house looks great.
After our roomtour we went to the Tesco Epress for our food shopping.
Organisational day
Today we met at the intern europe office to get important information concerning our stay here.
Their employees talked about the handling of the apartments and answered any questions from our side.

2nd of April in 2018:
Today the rain woke me up.
The first sleep in a strange bed is unfamiliar. I usually slept but not enough, because I used to get up at 5 a.m. at home. Therefore I can´t sleep until 9 or 10 a.m. except when I am exhausted.
The room has two beds, two commodes, a desk and a wardrobe. One aspect, which bothers me a little bit is the space in the room. If I want to leave the room, I have to go sideward between the bed and the commodes to reach the door. All in all, I would say it has modest furniture. I know, I shouldn´t complain because it could have been worse. My mother often says: That is enough for a student to live.

Day 2 02.04.2018 Monday
Welcome back to my journey,
At the beginning of the day me and Giang did some sports to wake up.
Today it was raining the whole day but we went to tesco supermarket to get all other important household items. The supermarket got a larger range of shopping goods and it’s like 15-20% cheaper than tesco express. In the supermarket you will find a lot of discount offers for example “any 3 goods for 2 pounds”. Tesco stores are as big as the “Real” or “Kaufland” stores in Germany. After we got everything for our home we went with a companion to discover all of our work placements.
