Well it’s been a while since my last blog entry (more time than I originally intended) and the main thing that has happened since then is that i started working. I had my interview at „Raise online“ on Tuesday afternoon, after a brief induction by the agency in the morning.
On Wednesday i actually started working, doing mostly standard IT support things like fixing any problems that come up, connecting computers to the network or working with printers. The most unusual thing I had to do was actually put 2 cables through the ceiling and across the entire office. Today I just started testing the company website for bugs and helping some of the Administration Trainees that started on Monday with their PCs. I work 9-5 with an hour lunch break, which is nice since Dustin works for a different company, but in the same building as me, so we get to have lunch together.
We also, as a group, still go out to the pub about 2-3 times a week and on the weekend we went to see Avengers: Endgame (great movie by the way) and went out for indian food, since it was Thore’s birthday. For the foreseeable future not much is gonna change from here on out, but I am still hoping to meet up with a friend of mine who lives a bit outside of London, but he has had to work the last two weekends.
