This week just flew by me.
While I was doing the usual stuff at Twin, wiping hard-drives and providing First-Level support, I prepared for the Salesforce event in London.
As we noticed on Wednesday, that would have left the IT team a bit understaffed as more and more support tickets where piling up, so on Thursday I went to Twin instead and helped complete one ticket after the other.
Most of these consist of creating new user-profiles or releasing e-mails that got stuck in the security system.
Next thing I know its already Friday.
Sadly just after lunch I started to feel sick and had to head home for the rest of the day, luckily that passed overnight so I was still able to enjoy the long weekend.
